Centralized Amenity Courtyard
Come and enjoy the enjoyable San Diego climate in Genesis Science Center’s expansive outdoor eatery and gathering area. Varying food trucks will cycle through the campus on a regular basis, providing tenants with multiple food options to choose from throughout the week.
Conference Center
Located within the 5590 Morehouse building is a highly functional “all-hands” conference center that can accommodate approximately 100 persons. Tenants can utilize the area for company meetings or social functions and can reserve the space on a first come, first served basis, free of charge. The conference center will be equipped with presentation tools including projectors, large smart tvs, free highspeed Wi-Fi throughout and more.
Fitness Center
Centrally located in the 5590 Morehouse building will be a new, state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with new equipment, weights and a dedicated yoga and pilates area. The fitness center will also include high-end locker and shower facilities. Exclusive to Genesis tenants, this motivating space features premium fitness solutions and unmatched amenities to inspire a healthy mind, body and spirit.
